Napier June 21st. 1872. My dear Mr. Maclean, We hope very shortly to occupy the school house at Te Aute; and one important requisite is bedsteads. Will you kindly ascertain whether there still remain any iron bedsteads in the barrack stores from which we may obtain a supply. Our wants at the present time will be about fifty. Believe me Most faithfully yours (Signed) William Waiapu. To:- The Honourable Donald Maclean.
