Huntly Centennial An International Evening held on 17 February as part of the Huntly Centennial Celebrations proved a great success. Part of this was due to the charming hostesses, who made the guests feel quite at ease. Maori Wedding The marriage of Manawa Teresa Wara, eldest daughter of Sonny and Tamorangi Wara, and Raymond Katipa took place at Ngatai-e-Rua marae, Tuakau, during the poukai held there earlier this year. The bride was given away by her father, and the Revd Waka Grey officiated. In the back row are: Brian James, Wil- liam Katipa, Hema Wara and Sonny Katipa.
