NATIONAL CLUB MEALS

The donation of a sheep helped to solve the problem of meals for the hungry men who visited the National Club at the weekend. Many other delicious things appeared on the menu. Girls of the club assisted in serving meals at the tea dance on Saturday, when Miss Patricia Hogg was in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Guy Johnston, a vice-president of the club, was convener yesterday, when many men of the forces made use of the club

facilities during the day. Meals were served, and there were easy chairs, books, writing materials and a piano,* among other things, placed at the disposal of the boys.
