Silver binding on Jesum Liebender (1692), Sebastian Göbel. German silver has been hammered into relief from the reverse side. This is the only example of a silver binding in the Library's rare book collection. It was created about 1700 in Ulm, possibly by Johann Adam Kienlin (1661-1740). The city mark for Ulm is found on the lower turn-in of the back cover and on the lower clasp. (ATL ref. RGer GOBEL Jesum 1692)
