Chills USA Tour
A 13-city North American tour by the Chills has been confirmed. The tour will commence in New York, May 13, and visit Chicago, Detroit, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Boston, Montreal, Toronto, San Diego, Los Angeles and conclude in San Francisco June 6. Drummer Caroline Easther will remain in the band for their NZ and USA tours. This tour will support the USA release of the bands Brave Words album on large indie label Homestead Records.
New on Video In May, Music video buffs will be inundated with releases from CEL video. Titles are the Motown 25th Anniversary TV Show (Michael Jackson, Supremes, Marvin Gaye, Temptations, Smokey Robinson, etc), That Was Rock (a selection of highlights from the 60s films Tami Show & Big TNT Show), Cool Cats (rockabilly), The Arms Concert (Ronnie Lane tribute concert), and two classic Elvis Presley films, Jailhouse Rock and Loving You. These videos will retail for $35. New releases for hire include Star Trek: The Next Generation, Jimmy Buffett: Live By The Bay (85 min, 1985), Beverly Hills 2 and Desert Bloom (Jon Voight and Ellen Barkin).
