STAN CAMPBELL
STAN CAMPBELL
Stan Campbell
You will remember the voice and face of Stan Campbell from his stirring vocal on the Special AKA’s 1984 hit ‘Free Nelson Mandela’. Since then Campbell has worked towards his solo debut — a mix of his own compositions and classics such as the Animals’ ‘Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood’, ‘Billie Holliday's ‘Strange Fruit’ and ‘Crawfish’ (recorded by Elvis Presley). A remarkable album.
