((«) That a lease of the said block for 2] years from the date of the expiration of the current lease thereof be granted to Wi Gillies, of Waimarama, Aboriginal Native, at a rental equal to 5 per cent, of the present Government valuation; (6) in the alternative, that the said block be sold to the said Wi Gillies at a price equal to the present Government valuation.)
