NOTICE. PURSUANT to section 32 of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1928, notice is hereby given that all Native land or land owned by Natives situate within the Borough of Otaki will become subject to the provisions of the said section 32 if the rates due thereon as at 31st March, 1928, are not paid within three months from the 26th day of April, 1929. At the expiration of that time, if the rates are still unpaid, the Governor-General may, by Order in Council, vest the lands in respect of which the rates remain unpaid in the Ikaroa District Maori Land Board, and the land so vested will become subject to the said section 32.
