Sitting of the Native Land Court at Gisborne on 8th March, 1923.

Registrar’s Office, Gisborne, 14th February, 1923. NOTICE is hereby given that the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be heard by the Native Land Court sitting at Gisborne on the Bth day of March, 1923, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow. Notice is also given that His Excellency the Governor-General, in pursuance of clause 9 of the regulations under the Mining Act, 1908, dated 3rd August, 1915, has authorized James Wakelin Browne, Esq., a Judge of the Native Land Court, to inquire into and hear the applications lodged for prospecting licenses in the Schedule hereto, also any objections that may be made to the said applications.
