In the matter of an appeal by Lawrence Marshall Grace from the decision of the Native Land Court dated the 28th day of May, 1920, partitioning the Hautu 1b 4 Block. NOTICE is hereby given that, with leave of a Judge of the Native Land Court, the above appeal has been withdrawn by the appellant. Dated at Wanganui this 12th day of July, 1921.
