“Ko taua whenua tona rahi e 258 eka me riihi ki a John Davis Canning mo nga tau e 21, mo te reti e 5 paiheneti i te tau o te wariu a te Kawanatanga mo nga tau 10, a mo te toenga o te riihi mo te reti e 5 paheniti i te tau i runga ano i te wariu a te Kawanatanga ina mutu te riihi o nga tau 10.” I tuhia ki Poneke i tenei te 5 o nga ra o Mei, 1915.
