Improvements now on domain : Fencing and clearing. Used for picnics. Proposed operations for ensuing year: Forming footpaths, stumping, and clearing. Victoria Park (Kaponga) Domain. Sections Nos. 29, 30, 31, Block XI, Kaupokonui Survey District. Area, 3 acres. Work done during year: Three acres stumped, ploughed, and grassed. Improvements now on domain : Cricket-pitch. Csed for cricket and football. Waimate Domain. Section No. 78, Block VI, Waimate Survey District. Area, 13 acres 3 roods 2 perches. This domain is an ideal place for summer picnics, being under native shrubs and bush. The fences are somewhat out of repair. Waipuku Domain. Sections Nos. 45, 47, 49, and 51, Waipuku Village. Apiti Domain. Sections Nos. 41a and part of 51, Block XI. Apiti Survey District. Area, 40 acres. Work done during year: Nine and a half acres stumped, cleared, cultivated, and sown with oats ami grass, stones removed, shelter-trees topped and trimmed, fence repaired, gate erected, and a sports track laid out ami levelled. Improvements now on domain: Fences, small plantation, and 10 acres grassing. Used for grazing. Proposed operations for ensuing year : Planting shelter-trees, erecting post-and-wire fence to protect the same, enclosing a small area for a horsepaddock, erecting a shelter-shed, and sinking a well for a pump. Ashhurst Domain. Sections Nos. 463a and 463c, Block 111, Gorge Survey District. Area. 46 acres 2 roods 11 perches. Work done during year : Shed for the use of picnic parties erected, willows planted on river boundary, and general maintenance. Improvements now on domain : About 25 acres native bush, 130 chains wire fencing, four gates, half a chain picket fence, 4 chains wire-netting, and shed.
