I am directed to report that the Committee is of opinion that there should be no alteration of the regulations governing the use-of fly or bait fishing, other than that prescribed in the New Zealand Gazette of the 22nd September, 1904; and that fly or bait fishing should be optional on the part of any one who holds a license from any acclimatisation society; and that no waters should be specially reserved for fly fishing. 23rd October, 1906.
