VALUATION OF LAND.

Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated 23rd July, 1023. Ordered, "That there be laid before this House a return showing — (1) Tho dates on which the Valuation Department has made valuations -the three last valuations—in the boroughs of New Plymouth, Stratford, Inglewood, Waitara, Eltham, Hawera, and Patea, also the counties of Clifton, Taranaki, Inglewood, Stratford, Eltham, Egmont, Waimate West, Whangamomona, Hawera, and Patea; (2) a statemont setting out tho improved and unimproved valuations of each local body at each valuation; and (3) the names of each borough and county in the Dominion that has not been revalued during the past ten years."—(Mr. MASTERS.)

Return showing the Dates of the Last Three Valuations of the Counties and Boroughs in the Taranaki Land District, and the Capital Value and Unimproved Value of each County and Borough at each Valuation.
