SOVIET MILITARY AID ALLEGED NEW YORK, April 10: The Chinese Nationalist (Government complained to-day to the United Nations that Russia had supplied the Chinese Communists with a large number of military aircraft and personnel, including pilots and ground technicians. Dr. T. F. Tsiang, leader of the Chinese Nationalist delegation, made the complaint in letters to the SecretaryGeneral of the United Nations (Mr Trygve Lie) and the chairman of the United Nations Little Assembly (Mr Joao Cerlos,Miniz, of Brazil). Dr. Tsiang said it was urgent th;at the United Nations should send naval and air observation groups to investigate Russian aid to the Chinese Communists. * ; Dr. Tsiang said that the entire signal corps of tho Chinese Communist Air Force was being maintained by Russian technicians.
