CZECH WRITER RESIGNS (Rec. 10.45 a.m.) LONDON. March 29. Ivan Blatny, aged 29, a Czech poet and Avriter, who arrived in London on March 27 as a member of delegation of the Czech syndicate of authors, announced to-day that he Avas resigning from the syndicate and from the Communist Party. 1-Ie will not return to Czechoslovakia.
