PERSIA EXPLAINS
REASON FOR RECRUITING FOREIGN ADVICE (Rec. 10.30) TEHERAN, March 29. Persia, in a Note to the Russian Government, claimed that she had been forced to recruit foreign advisers because Russians for the past 1.00 years, had been threatening her inedpendence. The Note protested against Soviet propaganda against Premier Hakimi and the Persian Government. It added that Persia did not surrender her independence by accepting a loan from the United States.
