JAPANESE BOOBY TRAP SPRUNG
TWENTY-ONE MEN BLOWN TO PIECES MANILA, March 28. Twenty-one men ,were blown to pieces by a Japanese booby-trap in a Corregidor tunnel yesterday. The Philippines Army Command announced that the dead included 15 Philippine soldiers and six civilian labourers. They had not been authorised to enter the tunnel, which was sealed when the Americans recaptured the island three years ago.
