CONSULTATIVE COUNCIL
(Rec, 10.30 a.m.) BRUSSELS, Ma\\ IS. Tin* British, French and Benelux Foreign Ministers, after signing the Western Union Pact in Brussels yesterday, decided that their deputies should meet in Brussels at ,|he beginning of next week to establish a permanent Consulative Council, mentioned in Article VII of the treaty.
