RUSSIANS ARRESTED

ELEVEN TO BE DEPORTED FROM FRANCE (Rec. 12.15 p.m.) PARIS, Mar. 18.. France will expel a number of Soviet citizens whom the police arrested in the house of Professor Odinetz, editor of the recently-banned Russian language newspaper .“Soviet Patriot,” say*a an official announcement. They met to reconstitute the banned Union of Soviet Citizens. The police raided the house last night and arrested Professor Odinetz, who is a formei president of the banned union and 11 others.

Security police after the raid ques tioned hundreds; of fpeople from coun tries of Eastern Europe.

A later message says the Ministry of the Interior announced that it had decided to deport the 11 arrested Russians.
