GUN BATTLE
' JEWISH TERRORISTS FIGHT TROOPS (Rec. 1 p.m.) JERUSALEM, Nov. 12. Three Jewish girls and one Jewish youth were killed and two other Jewish youths wounded in a gun battle with British troops. Intelligence officers learned that several hundred Stern Gang members were receiving military training In an orange grove on the coast. The army cordoned the area, but most of the terrorists, all fully armed, opened fire and broke through when called on to surrender. No British casualties were reported. The battle rvas the biggest since the terrorists attacked Aci’e prison last May.
