OIL DEPOTS SET ON FIRE (Rec. 9.30) TEHERAN, Oct. 4. Reuter’s Teheran correspondent says guerrilla warfare is reported in the locality of Sulah, seven miles from Ardabil, east of Tabriz, where tribesmen set fire to oil depots belonging to the Persian democrats of whom 104 were killed and many wounded.
