OFFICERS ELECTED Mr D. H. Moore was elected president of the Ashburton Rotary Club at the annual meeting this afternoon. Other officers are: Immediate pastpresident, Mr A. A. McDonald ; vicepresident. Dr. J. Connor; directors, Messrs W. R. M. Stewart, H. D. Johnston, A. H. Martin and N. W. Corbett, secretary, Mr L. E. Carter; auditor, Mr R. C'.' Major.
