AMERICA ACCEPTS
COMPULSORY JURISDICTION (Rec. 11.30) NEW YORK, Aug. 26. The United States has deposited with the United Nations a declaration of adherence to the compulsory jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice. This is the first time the United States has accepted the world court’s compulsory jurisdiction.
