PREPARING TO LEAVE DENMARK (Rec. 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 18. The Danish Foreign Minister (M. Rasmussen) revealed that, all Allied troops were preparing to leave Denmark. The R.A.F. is clearing up all airfields. No big changes seem to have occurred at Bornholm, which the Russians occupied.
