(Rec. 12.45 p.m.) LONDON, Dec, 17, “Fairyland comes to Holborn.” This headline in the “Evening News” accompanies a picture of bright-eyed London children holding, up toys received from New Zealand and Australia.
Holborn received 8000 gifts for which the children formed up ill a 300yard queue to meet Santa Claus.
