ITALY AND YUGOSLAVIA (Rec. 11.30 a.m.) BELGRADE, Dec. 17. Marshal Broz-Tito, in an article in the Yugoslav Press, said there couid not be normal relations between Italy and Yugoslavia until Rome acknowledged Italy’s aggression and recognised Yugoslavia’s just demands for reparations and territorial revision.
