WOMEN’S DIVISION PICNIC The Women’s Division of the Farmers’ Union held an open picnic in Mr Iv. Butterick’s riverbed on Saturday. The weather was ideal, and a very enjoyable afternoon was spent. There were sports for the children and each child received ice cream and soft drinks, the grown-ups having the more orthodox cup of tea.
