WOMEN WORKERS.
NEW REGULATION IN BRITAIN.
OVER TWO MILLION AFFECTED (Rec. 12.5 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 23. Over 2,000,000 women will be affected by the regulation to be introduced on February 10, under which women between tne ages of 20 and 30 years will be obliged to obtain employment only through the Ministry of Labour Employment Exchange cr under arrangements approved by the Ministry of Labour. The only exceptions are professional and technical workers, who may obtain permits to seek work through private agencies approved by the Government, also a woman with children under the age of 14 living with her.
