GAS MASKS ISSUED.
TO CIVILIANS IN HAWAII. (Rec. 1.50) HONOLULU, Jan. 21. Army officials distributed hundreds of thousands of gasmasks to civilians in Hawaii to-day. They warned people to carry them at all times. Civilians were required to produce finger-printed identification cards before the masks were issued.
