FRENCH PRISONERS Of WAR. UNDERTAKING BY GERMANY. (Rec. 10,55) VICHY, May 10. It is officially announced that Germany lias agreed to release immediately 100.000 French soldiers now held prisoner, who fought in the last war. (This is regarded as the first .visible result of the German-French negotiations. It will be noted that Germany is keeping the younger soldiers).
