RESIGNATION REFUSED
SPANISH FOREIGN MINISTER. LONDON, May 18 It is reported from Madrid that the Spanish Foreign Minister, Senor Scrano Suner, handed his resignation to General Franco, but the latter refused to accept it. The Spanish Cabinet may be reorganised to give the Foreign Minister wider powers.
General Franco, continuing bis administrative changes, lias relieved of their functions the heads of the Spanish press and propaganda ments. No new appointments have been announced.
