CHINESE PORT FACILITIES. WORK OF TH El JAPANESE. (United Press Association.—Copyrignb.) (Received This Day, 1.15 p.m.) SHANGHAI, September 30. The Japanese dominated the Nanking Government and announced that they are not renewing Britain’s 10 years’ lease of the port facilities at Liulcwang Islands, near AVeihaiwei, which will expire to-day, hut Marshal Ohiang Kai Shek’s Government announced a 10-year renewal of the British China squadron’s use of the islands for a summer station.
