(Received This Day, 10.10 a.m.) PARIS, November 16. “Lo Journal” publishes a sensational, hut quite unconfirmed, report that the Nazf ,Foreign Minister (Herr von RihbC'Utrop) will shortly retire' as a result of pressure from the Army, which believes the. Nazis have fulfilled their mission- of making Germany the dominant Power in Europe, , and should be replaced by a sa'nor type of Government. The Army’s programme aims at compromising with the Allies bv allowing them the independence of Bohemia, Moravia, Slovakia, and Poland, but retaining Sudetenland and Austria. v
“Le Journal” suggests that either Feld Marshal Goering,’: Herr von Jseurath, or Herr Ernst "Bohlfe (director of the German foreign organisation) will succeed Herr von Ribbentrop.
