(Received This Day, 12 Noon) LONDON, November 36. Lord Essendon has joined the Ministry of 'Supply as chairman of the committee for the sale of wool abroad. He will be responsible for the disposal of that portion of Britain’s purchoses <sf Empire wool which is not shipped to England.
