The Indian Nationalist Twelfth Congress at Tripura concluded after passing resolutions dissociating itself from British foreign policy as aiding the Fascist Powers, demanding self-deter-mination for India, paying a tribute to the Palestinian Arabs and deploring the deterioration of the position of Indians overseas,-.especially -throughout the Empire. ....
