DEMANDS BY JAPANESE MAYOR. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 11.10 a.m.) SHANGHAI, March 12. Mr Fu Sinden (Mayor of Japanese Shanghai) demanded better policing of the International Settlement and the reopening of the police station, which Britain closed, house-to-house searches for Communists, surrender of land office files, and a ban on the flying of ißuomintang (Chinese National) flags.
