COLTS CHALLENGE SHIELD. WIN FOR ALLENTON. The first challenge of Ashburton County howlers for the Colts’ Challenge Shield, was successful when tho Alleiiton Club heat the Barrington Club (Christchtireli) on Saturday afternoon. Yhe Allenton team won by! 16 games to 13. The Allenton link was: J. Lane (s), R. McGregor, H. Lewis and J. Wilkinson.
