REFUSED ADMISSION TO FRANCE MEMBERS OF INTERNATIONAL BRIGADE. (Received This Day, 1.20 p.m.) LONDON, October 31. The Cerberes correspondent of tlie “Daily Herald” says that acting on M. Sarraut’s orders the Mobile Guard prevented 368 wounded members of the International Brigade from Spain entering France after they ihad stood without food at the station for six hours, but after a. trunk call to Paris 86 who proved to be of French nationality were allowed to cross the frontier.
