NOT ON EUROPEAN FRONTIERS. THE EMPIRE OVERSEAS. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 9.55 a.m.) PARTS, October 27. The Premier (M. Daladier) discussing colonies in a speech at Marseilles, declared: “The maintenance of France’s security does not rest solely on France’s European frontiers. It is governed by freedom of communications with the overseas empire which is being formed into a vast security zone as precious as tho Motherland. Wtp consider it inviolable.” M. Daladier did not mention financial reforms.
