UNKNOWN SOLDIER.
ABBEY MONUMENT PLANNED. (United Press Association--Copyright.) 'LONDON, October 26. Tho “Daily Mail” states that the Dean and Chapter of Westminster Abbey, ,in collaboration with the War Graves-Commission, have decided to raise a stately monument above the grave of the Unknown Soldier. The design will be completed after consultation with distinguished artists* and architects. The most notable feature will be a niche in which the perpetual flame on the black stone level with the floor, which many do not notice, will form the top of the monument.
