M. LITVMNOFF EXTOLLED. United Press Association—Copyrights LONDON, November 18. The Riga correspondent of “The Times” says that apparently in indirect refutation of reports abroad concerning M. Litvmoff s futuie, after hurrying to Moscow from Brussels he was given a sort of public ovation at Moscow and Leningrad, being extolled on public platforms as “A great champof the Soviet, to defend which he for many years successfully stood his ground against the whole Capitalist world.”
