HARE KILLED BY LOCOMOTIVE. (United Presß Association—Copyrlglit.l BERLIN, November 18. That it is forbidden to limit bares with a locomotive is a precept established by a- Brunswick judge in a case in, which an engine driver was charged with wilfully setting a locomotive on a hare, thereby causing its death. Passengers gave evidence that the train lurched and stopped suddenly. The driver jumped down and, drew the body of a hare from under the wheels. After an extensive reading of the railway regulations and game laws by the judge, the driver Avas fined 100 Reich marks for game trespass.
