DEBTS TO BRITAIN.
FRANCE TO REDEEM A LOAN. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 10.15 a.m.) LONDON, November 9. The French Treasury has announced that it intends to redeem at maturity £40,000,000 borrowed in London in February, and that it is taking measures to prevent repayment affecting the exchange.
