A HUGE APPROPRIATION. RELIEF AND OTHER SERVICES. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 9.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON, April 14. The House of Representatives has prepared a Deficiency Bill, carrying approximately 2,318,000,000 dollars, for relief and other administration purposes. Of the total 1,500,000,000 dollars are for relief, 479,000,000 for social insurance funds, 246,000,000 for civilian conservation camps, 50,000,000 for the public building programme and 43,000,000 for a Tennessee Valley Authority.
