JUDGE SHOT DEAD.
SEQUEL TO A SENTENCE. United Press Association--Copyright) MADRID, April 14. Unknown assailants shot dead Don Manuel Pedregal, the Judge who sentenced Rafael Ontega, as he was entering his home last night. Ontega, a Fascist student, was sentenced to 30 years’ imprisonment for attempting to assassinate Senor Asua, the Speaker of the Cortes. Three other students were sentenced to six years each for assisting Ontega’s accomplices to escape to France.
