NEGOTIATING PACT.
FREE STATE AND BRITAIN. COAL AND CATTLE TRADE. (United Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.30 p.m.) DUBLIN, February 6. In reply to a deputy, in the Dail Eirennn, Mr de Valera said that discussions were progressing between Britain and the Irish State for a pact regarding coal and cattle. The result will bp announced if an agreement were reached.
