PAIRHAVEN WINS CUP. GORE, December 26. The Gore Trotting Club’s meeting was held in dull weather before a large attendance. The totalisator handled £12,936 10s, against £13,072 last year. In the Final Handicap, Red Spur fell, causing Sergeant Dallas to dislodge his driver, while Lynwood was interfered with and pulled up. R. W. Low, of Wingatui, the driver of Red Spur, suffered head injuries, and was admitted to hospital.
