CRUISER ADRIFT
IN THE ALEXANDRIA HARBOUR.
(United Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 10.35 a.m.) ALEXANDRIA, October 30. The cruiser Devonshire broke adrift in a high gale in Alexandria harbour. Destroyers and tugs edged her away from the steamer Bellerophon, which is carrying also- from the breakwater toward which she was drifting. The harbour was closed to pingSubsequently the Devonshire was got under her own steam in the outer harbour. The vessel was not damaged.
