The Congress of the International Aeronautical Federation lias awarded C. W. A. Scott its grand medal for his flight from Britain to Australia in the Centenary race, in October last, when T. •Campbell-Black was his copilot-, as the best performance of the year.
The Congress proposes to arrange a roond-the-world air race. ,
The Congress of the International Aeronautical Federation is not an official organisation, being conducted by an American millionaire, whose aim is to encourage aviation.
